We start by evaluating your existing website, your needs and expectations. This is carried out using one or more meetings preliminary to the offer of setting up the website.
Thanks to the information gathered during the preliminary meetings, CRT Design drafts an analysis document and divides the implementation steps into more specific phases. Also, we are preparing a "Wireframe" model of our vision as a proposal.
In the event that the elements identified in the document, in the "Wireframe" model and the implementation proposal suit you, we start the work with pre-implementation workshops that help us identify the actors involved, establish governance and schematize a first draft of the architecture to be implemented.
Following the first workshops, CRT Design creates a functional mock-up of the vision of the result and, through workshops, we collaborate with your team to refine it in order to establish the version that will be implemented.
Thanks to the governance documentation, mapping and functional mock-up, CRT Design begins work on setting up your website architecture.
Given that your team is best placed to write the content for your target audiences and because they will have to keep your website up to date, we are planning a series of training sessions aimed at all the actors who will be required to add, update, delete or improve your website over time.
We support your team in the integration of content and in the formatting of the website until the launch of the website.
