We start by evaluating your existing intranet, your needs and expectations. This is done through one or more meetings that are preliminary to the offer to implement the Intranet.
Thanks to the information gathered during the preliminary meetings, CRT Design drafts an analysis document and divides the implementation steps into more specific phases.
In the event that the elements identified in the document and the implementation proposal suit you, we start the work with pre-implementation workshops that help us identify the actors involved, establish governance and schematize a first draft of the architecture to be implemented.
Following the first workshops, CRT Design creates a functional mock-up of the vision of the result and, through workshops, we collaborate with your team to refine it in order to establish the version that will be implemented.
Thanks to the governance documentation, mapping and functional mock-up, CRT Design is starting work on setting up your Intranet architecture.
Given that your team is best placed to write the content for your employees, and because they will have to maintain your intranet over time, we are planning a series of training sessions aimed at all stakeholders who will be required to add, update, delete or enhance your intranet over time.
We accompany your team in the integration of content and in the formatting of the Intranet until the launch of the Intranet to all employees of your organization.
